One of those tours was of La Plata, which is the capital city of the Buenos Aires province. BYT Argentina's official name for the tour is "La Plata City Expedition". The total cost was $45 USD per person.

The tour also included stops at the Museo de La Plata (La Plata Natural Science Museum) and at the Catedral de La Plata (La Plata Cathedral neo-gothic church). Admission into these two attractions was included in the tour price.

Some of the other sights we saw on the tour were the Astronomical Observatory, the city's diagonal streets, the Argentinian Theatre, the various parks, and historical statues.
