This pleasant place to spend a sunny afternoon is located along Avenida Rafael Obligado Costanera from Jeronimo Salguero street in the south to La Pampa street in the north.

Along the way you'll see roadside food carts, fisherman, steakhouses, fishing clubs, nightclubs, bars, bike paths, joggers, the Tierra Santa religious theme park, and large leafy trees.

One of my favorite reasons to visit the Costanera Norte is to enjoy a "choripan" (or two). There are several carts along the walkway selling these popular sandwiches which are spicy chorizo (sausage) wrapped in warm bread rolls.
